Sure does.  There's a four pin plug in them middle of the cradle that the plug goes into with more than enough cable to get under your seat with an inline fuse.
Thanks. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] I like a few others here are anxiously waiting the install on your bike. Thanks for stepping up and being one of the first to get this and let us all know how install goes, and giving us your comments on the product itself.

Plus if you do the HD-Dude Aux in mod to your radio, there is a connector on the cradle that will allow direct input to the radio...better than the FM Transmitter by far!

Same here Bill, but I don't have to get the sandals. Mines will be a "get well, recovery/rehabilitation motivator for me to hurry and get back in the saddle. 8-)

I'm already nervous [smiley=nervous.gif] enough at the thought of removing the tank to get these wires for power under it, now you talking about opening up the radio and using a soldering iron. Remember now this is the guy w/all thumbs, and his tool box consists of screwdriver, pliers, and "BFH". ;D Maybe the use of the front "Aux" jack would be a better choice for me. :-?

There is power in the fairing that would be fine for this!

For real guys...wiring under the tank is not difficult.  You can take a wire coat hanger and stretch it out and pull the cable through no problem.  You only have to undo one screw at the base of the tank.  Then you rotate the tank up.  You don't have to remove it.  This allows access to wiring into the acc. switch.

I hard wired mine (2610) into the Aux plug which required running the wiring into the faring from the mount (this is where I bunched up the excess wire) then back out and under the Tank Cap (easily lifts off the tank) then "down under" the seat to the Aux Plug.  Most difficult part was attaching the male plug (HD Part) to the end of my GPS wire harness.
End result, my connector is not always "live" as if I had connected to the spare leads next to the head lamp inside the faring.  I must turn on my Aux power to power up the GPS when it is attached.  I have already misplaced the little plastic cap that covers the connector when the GPS is not mounted and did not want to risk shorting out the plug it were hard wired and "unswitched".

I will try to take a few pics, but I followed the instructions from another post and did not even drop a tool on my Tank! [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]  (known for my not-so-nimble fingers!)

Right after I purchased the 2610, they announced the ZUMO... Oh well... I certainly do not need two GPS units. (That's my wife talking)
