My guides are still uncut that said doesn't the 110 SE head use bigger valves than the SE MCR head

Guide tops and stem diameter are the same. The 07 CVO 110 used the same K-lines then there was a green Viton update then the black seal is the current version. All fit your heads.

I had the seals go bad on my reworked heads go bad twice in my 110. the last time exhaust valve was stuck open and I watched Dan Baisley pound it loose. I believe both times he said he used viton's and never had this problem before. I will add that both times I hand carried them to him and he redid the seals and cleaned them up at no charge to me and I took them back to the dealer who reinstalled them. Must be something about the 110 heads.

Yep sort of
Same guide material, valve material, and seals as the other SE heads, more clearance, Not good and the first thing I fix by changing the guides.
I posted a picture of a guide pulled out of the head due to a seal / guide issue. Ripped it in half
