I have to say that I think they work as a spoiler.  On my '13, the wind beat up my legs pretty good, but I don't get the same whipping feeling with this one.

well thats good to know and certainly good news as we can install lowers.  Great looking bike.  I am hopefully getting mine in Red Pepper sometime in next couple weeks.

Just to follow up.....  I paid specific attention to it last night and this morning.  When riding how I do, toes at the front end of the foot boards, the flare on the chin fairing absolutely directs the wind away from your knees and shins.  I really only got movement from my jeans down closer to my ankles.  So yes, it does keep the wind off you.

I think my FAVORITE Road Glide paint to date is the 2013 CVO Orange/Grey.  I LOVE that bike.  But the Grey with the "1" symbol is just...... gorgeous!  I'm thinking about trading in/up my 2014 CVO Road King on that bad boy!  Gawd she's pretty!

LOVING the new trim collections as well!

I don't know why everyone is so hard on the MoCo.  I think they are doing a great job of trying to stay relevant and satisfy their core base as well.

I say Bravo!!!

I'm with you the silver/grey with the number one looks great.  In fact I did trade in/up my 2014 CVO Road King for that bad boy.

I'm not a fan of the 18 or 19 models. IMHO they need the same crash bars and stereo as the Street Glide.

I loved my 2016 CVO RGU, thought it was the best thing on 2 wheels. When I decided to get another CVO after my very short lived Fat Bob I just iked the Street Glide package more.

Agreed!   Fairings asisde, Road Glides got the better paint schemes this year, Street Glides got the Lower Fairings and better Audio.     If they just could have combined the best of both into one.....

First time I have ever seen better paint on Road Glides. Still hard to hear/see the complaints about Silver Street Glides and UPS Brown Limiteds.

Bwah Hah....

I would have jumped on a CVO Road Glide if it had the same audio setup as the Street Glide. more bang for your buck especially in Oz.

My Maco Shark is due in this Thursday, very excited. I think its the best looking CVO ever and I don't usually like blue vehicles. Guess thats why God makes chocolate and vanilla!

Don’t understand why you have quoted the post I made back in August about the Red Pepper / Magnetic Grey Road Glide and attached a picture of a Mako Shark?

Doh!!! Now I’m going to get comments from Red Pepper owners / buyers / admirers!!!

Do want the 2019 Infotainment system though!!

Finally got my delivery date of Dec 15th on my new Lightning silver/Charred Steel.  My 16 SG has served me well and will be like saying goodbye to an old friend but time for a change and upgrade.  She will have to sit in the garage for a month before the tow to Florida for 3 mths that will give me time to put a spit shine on her.  Can't wait!
