Lets review the facts in the case

A)  The dog is known to chew things

B)  The owner knew he had $1,800 in tickets coming

C)  The owner knew FEDEX would stick the envelope through / under the door


Clear cut case of dumbass owner

Owner should be made to wear shirt stating what an idiot he is for 1 year (doggie year)

I agree.  I have an 8 month old lab puppy.  At least once a week she comes inside with fecal material still hanging by yesterdays blanket/stick/sock/mitten to her sphincter.  We need to wrap it in paper towel and gently tug to extract it.  When we are not at home she's in her cage EVERY TIME.
