Ironhorse:
Our last day took us from Show Low to Flagstaff. This area is so rich in American history.
Along the way we passed the Dry Lake Wind Power Project outside of Holbrook, AZ. This is the first and largest wind farm in the state of Arizona, and it's on Navajo land.
Ironhorse:
We passed by so many of the iconic Rte 66 locations made popular by the Disney movie cars.
Ironhorse:
Had to stop in Winslow, Arizona just to be "standing on a corner",...
Ironhorse:
My Lord, a flat bed Ford,...
Ironhorse:
I'm surprised at all the little places like this that survived the demise of Rte 66.
