MSRP + Tax, Title and License. Don't pay more. Spend it on phone calls finding a dealer that sells at that price (or less). There are too many dealers selling these MCs at MSRP no need to pay above that. My 08 SERK 105th Aniv model was $29290+495 for the 105th colors as advertised by HD itself.

Use the internet to find the dealers and email to get quotes, it is faster and costs next to nothing.

BTW, I was in Barnett's HD http://www.barnettharley.com today and they had 4 FLHRSE4 anniversary models in their showroom. Also saw one in Folsom CA HD last week for under MSRP. The new models will be out in two months so some dealers might be ready to bargin.
