My 05 seeg is hard to start when hot, it turns over without fire for quite a few revs before finally hitting,i have an 05 fatboy that pops instantly when you hit the button.  Any ideas why ??

Sounds like you changed the pipes without doing any tuning??? What pipes are you running do you have a race tuner or power commander?

I have Vance and hines slash cut mufflers and the breather kit along with the down load for the kit. I don`t do power commanders as I trade my cvo every year. I was riding yesterday and again very hard to start when warm. The dealer has replaced intake gaskets, rechecked the download and reaplced injectors.
