Took a quick run out to Z & M Harley in Greensburg, PA to pick up this color matching chopped tour pak for my 2011 Autumn Haze.

Perfect shape. $1,000 (no tax) and includes quick detach mounting bracket and back rest.

The guy at the parts desk said the bike it came off of was the owners bike that he had ordered new and then sold and bought back.

The normal tour pak might be bigger but I really like the styling of the chopped. Plus, I'm only 145 lbs and the wife is a whopping 104 lbs so "room" for clothes isn't that much of an issue.

I saw quite a few chopped paks at Sturgis, and I think they look good, as does yours. As you stated, it may not carry as much as a full pak, but there is something about the look.

We've travelled a lot around the country on a soft tail Deuce so we are used to packing light.

Looks nice, but wouldn't have been cheaper to have it shipped...unless you went by bike?

Probably would have been a little cheaper to ship. But with insurance it was pretty close.

We decided to drive just to make it a little get away. It was a long quick ride but we had a great time and tried to make it a little camping adventure. Instead we "camped" in a McDonald's parking lot at 1:00 in the morning. A Honda Pilot with the seat folded down actually makes a nice camping spot.

We got up at 6:00 and walked into McD's for coffee and a little breakfast. Washed and brushed in their bathroom then hit the road.

What can I say my wife loves roughing it. She's definitely not the mint on a pillow type of girl.
