Anyone use the fullsac xpipe with stock CVO mufflers? If so how does it sound? Also does it required a tune? I have a 13 SERG and want to keep the mods simple....for now.

Yes, very quiet. Almost like stock. your stock tune will work fine, such as it is.

I did this and was very satisfied. Here is why:
1. Reduced heat from headpipe
2. Retain back pressure and low RPM torque
3. Happy neighbors
4. Stock dB is loud enough afaic (a function of age :)), but getting rid of cat increases sound level slightly compared with stock IMO
5. Stock fuel consumption with stock map

I'm thinking about doing this as well. Prefer it not to be any louder though. I would also be interested to hear about others opinion on this.

As I had just swapped mufflers last week what I noticed is that the heat from the cat is (was) gone. It's still cool outside so you really can't tell.
The bike ran fine around town and very quiet, actually a nice tone. NO change in the tune I am using.
On the freeway over the mountain passes the engine seemed to struggle and take more throttle than the Fullsac mufflers I usually run.
I put my Fullsac mufflers on for the last trip (about 700 miles) and will leave them on. I like a deeper tone and better seat of the pants feeling under load.
The engine doesn't seem to struggle as much passing trucks or pulling the grades compared to the other bikes with us.
JMHO of course, but I had a set of new take-offs I wanted to try.

X2 with Warwick The goal is not too loud ( also a function of age)reduce the heat and generally clean up the breathing without spending big $$$ already did that on the SERG.
Down the road I think a few more mods will be in order. right now I just want to keep it simple have the snow go away and start riding.
