CVO FXSBSE - 2013  > Filled tank right before parking bike at work, hours later when leaving, ... bike stumbled a little at parking lot speed  but a few quick revs and felt fine again.   Then stumbled and died about 2 miles into commute in stop and go traffic.   
First thing I did when pulled over out of traffic was open gas cap.  Gas GUSHED out.   Closed cap and slowly opened a little at a time, overflow continued slower and did this several times until pressure stopped.   Dumped probably almost a quart or maybe cup full.   
After 10 min or so, I started bike and checked it again.  Pressure was back immediately but bike stayed running so I rode it home (12 miles or so with highway driving)   Got on it in the last quarter mile and ran normally.   
Checked again when I got home no tank pressure, or at least not enough to overflow.    It has stumbled a little before but vary rarely and always felt like a fuel thing. 
Tank Vent seems ...clear-..ish, or at least...can blow though it with some back pressure not sure if that is normal but seems like that tube runs a long ways.     

Priz:
When the tank is low on fuel, check in the tank while running. If gas is spraying inside the tank you may have a cracked internal hose. Change your fuel filter if you have to pull the guts to repair the leak.

Changed my fuel filter on my 13 and 3 others this winter. all had under 50,000m.
All looked terrible.

My 2013 did that to me once. Gas basically erupted out of the fill about hte same amount. Only once and way back in 2013. It also died on me twice on the Interstate where it the engine just cut off. Once I was able to restart on the fly, second time I limped to the curb and stopped, then it fired right up. Both instances we around 5K miles.
Sitting at 26,000 miles now. Never did happen again. She back fires a bit when the gas gets stale over winter but I keep the maintence on track, it runs like new.

I know this is a pretty dead thread, but figured I would share.
