What years are the frames color matched to the bike ?
-
Only ones I remember was the 2001/2002 Switchblade FXDWG2-3, well, unless you have a black bike......
-
2002
-
Pretty sure the 03 CVO road king frame was same color as bike.

That's correct. 100th anniv CVO Road King got a gold frame.
-
Oh yeah, there is that one 2002 Candy Brandy with a red frame ;D .
-
2008 SERK Anniversary also had frame painted same as bike.
-
2007-2008 cvo dynas had color matched frames
-
2007 CVO Springer for sure; possibly 2008 and '09 Springers.
-
2005 CVO Fat Boy
-
I believe Harley stop matching the frame color to the CVO bikes was after 2008 / The 2009 I think were black and they were produced on the same line as all the other bikes that year.
-
Too bad that they stopped. Added to the flair. I think my buddies 09-09 Rocker C had a blue frame (non CVO). Always thought it looked pretty good.
-
'07 Road Kings had painted frames.
-
2017 CVO Pro Street in Scorched Apple and Starfire Black has a color matched frame.
-
2010 Candy Cobalt CVO SG
-
2007 to 2009 FXSTSSE's

Thanks for the info everyone. To those who posted pics, some pretty sweet rides.

If, for some reason, my '12 FLHXSE3 needed the frame replaced. I'd get it, along with some black bracketry, painted (maybe powder-coated) Typhoon Maroon.
