Title: Computer Code

My first post. I have a 11 FLSTSE2. For years now, sometimes when I start the bike, the time gets wiped out and the code {r lo} pops up. Doesn't seem to affect anything else, other than the fact I have to reset the clock. Anyone know what this is and the fix?

r lo is a message to inform you to fill up the gas tank.

This has been a battle.  Mine finally fixed when the shop cleared all codes and downloaded some type of flash to the computer.  The r lo comes on now and again, not as much.  Clock has been working

Thank you for your replies. I keep the tank full when I am done for the day. This code happens wheather the tank is full or not. I hate to go to my dealer for a flash, but may have to.

i had same issue on my 2010 flstse,especially when i hadn't ridden it for couple weeks, upon startup the starter electrical draw caused time setting loss,a new battery solved my issue
