I thought I'd go with the black but that gray is really growing on me.
Haven't seen either in person yet. Wondering if anybody has and what your thoughts are.

Either of the others are really nice too. The orange trim on the black is nice but I it's only a partial black-out.

Super sharp Bike! I'm a SG fan, but that is nice. I like the color matched wheels too! I noticed you bought it at Smokey Mountain - Figures they would get one of the 1st. Couple quick questions if its not prying to much - did they do you right on trade and did you pay retail or better? Just curious.

Just my .02 but I wouldn't buy a vehicle based on other people's opinion as far as paint colors. You are the one paying for it and having to ride and look at it all the time, buy whatever looks best to you and makes you happy. Don't worry what others think. No matter what you choose you will always have others that like or hate your decision.
I fully agree with you. I like to hear what others think but I buy the one that I like best. I have to live with it for the entire time I own it.

I'm all about flash and all. The aThe street glide is not up 5 grand on MSRP. The road glide is up, not sure its even a full 5 grand.

Yes it has been all about flash, My 09 SERG and my 12 SERG were both very flashy, the first was the silver with the screamin eagle on the fairing and the other was the Skunk. the 15 SERGU was not very flashy. The 17 Street glide was flashy.
My gunship gray is very understated to say the least. What has shocked me is the amount of people who just love it. I have had more comments on it that I did on my 17 CVO Street Glide or my 15 CVO road glide ultra.
I like it and the look in the sun.

Best color for 2018....they should have brought back the 2000 Maroon and Red with the SE eagle on the fairing! Now that would have been the color!!!I was a thinking on the Gunship gray an orange eagle that matches the orange trim on the bike

Same thing I thought. Hated the Gunship gray when I first saw the unveiling and pictures. Saw it in person and bought it.
I have had lots of positive comments on this bike. Only my 12 Skunk receive more positive comments.

I do believe that Gunship Grey is best. May be a bit biased.
I concur...best color since the '09 Electric Orange SE Shark.
...also biased but it do draw a crowd during every stop.

I am an Old School sucker for Chrome but I have to admit that looks great! The lower portion of the two tone paint ties the whole blacked out theme in nicely. I had to Google a stock one to really appreciate all of the changes you have made. Nice Job!
