Title: idling and then conk out
Post by: Screamin Freedom on September 15, 2017, 11:08:41 AM
Has anyone experienced stopping at intersection, hand on clutch and engine just conks out? It has happened to me at least 3 or 4 times. Engine turns right over , starting it again. Bike is a 2017 cvo 114" with 5000 miles

Whether anyone else has experienced it or not, it isn't normal or acceptable.  Have the dealer fix it under warranty.

There is an update available from the dealer for the ECM that is suppose to correct this issue. From what I understand it increases the idle speed a little. I have experienced this as well as others I know.
