Has anyone used Fuelmoto’s ecm flash and if so was it worth 250 bucks? The ‘10 CVO SG I bought has some aftermarket slipons (no name) I’m R&R’ing them with a Rush Reaper And was curious to know if I should just bite the bullet and buy a PCV or TTS or try fuelmotos flash?

Sounds like $250 for you to send in your ECM, they flash in a canned PV map, and return it to you? No accounting for injector differences, or head flow differences, or cam timing?
At that point, you're 1/2 way towards having your own TTS, that you can dial in for current mods, and will grow with you for any future mods. Maybe the canned map is close enough for your application?
I would rather own the tuning tool, and cables, and use it.

The concern I would have of any flash only with out software is your locked out of your ECM. How do you put it back to stock, make a minor adjustment or have it dyno tuned? You don't. Best to have your own set of keys and stay in the drivers seat.

Yes, because you have the tuner and the first thing I recommend you do is upload the stock cal that is in your ECM and save it. This way if anything goes array. You can go back to a good known calibration that you know the bike runs on. This is a common recommendation for all flash tuners that allow it.
The other plus side to actually having the tuner. All these calibration are starter calibrations, and time should be spent at least mapping VE's if you got a good starter calibration that match's the timing requirements for the combination of parts that you have. Setting up a spark table from scratch can be difficult if road tuning with a device that doesn't have good data viewing of knock control. It can be difficult with all the latest equipment as well.
