Just ordered one also.  No footnotes about Gary and in the bibliography saw a reference to "Slow bikes that break a lot."  Sounds like a good read.  Hope it has pictures.

Just can't bring myself to do it!  Wonder what the warranty is on the book the last one they sent fell apart within a few months.  This Forum has given me all I need to know.
