Heard the new bikes will also have a longer warranty - 103 weeks, minus 1 week.  My bike has gas already so will not need a 2018.

If Harley would give away a free pie with every bike purchase, they would sell more bikes.

Make that a free cherry pie every week for two years and even I might consider buying one.  Note I said "consider".

I assume at some point the M8 will migrate to all Touring models, then to Dyna's, then Softails.  I doubt this would all happen for 2018 however.  Harley doesn't have the engineering resources to handle all of that at one time.

Thought Pool Boy had passed on? I do know some  :elf:  that live just north of me. They may have mentioned something about reprograming the KUKA.

There has been rumor of the Resurrected Pool Boy 2.0.  It's kind of like Einstein's spooky connections at a distance to me.  I don't understand it but I don't doubt it either!

The qualifier there is always that "new" by HD standards means incorporating at a beta level what the automotive industry had mainstreamed a decade ago....  :huepfenlol2:

Does this mean we should start seeing massive year end markdowns, holiday blowout sales, and everything sold at invoice?  Lots of auto dealers running those ads.

NOPE. HD has done a fairly good job of manufacturing and supply chain management over the years to avoid that issue.

I think we are seeing the market value spread as a result of the M8 introduction.  The gap may narrow in a few years but it's doubtful.

For 2018 I hope the guy in charge of colors finally has that eye surgery he's needed for the last couple of years.  Please, no more light purple RG Ultras, no more 1980 bass boat metal flake, no more flat beige, and ditch that metallic pea green too.
