radio issues

Hello to all. I have a 2010 cvo streetglide and I am having problems with my radio unit. Every time I ride my radio will stop working but it doesn't lose power. It doesn't matter what mode I'm in. It doesn't matter if the weather conditions are bad or roads are not smooth. If I shut off the power and then turn it on it will start playing. In other words I need to turn off the radio and turn it on for it to work again. After I do this the radio will work until it decides to stop working. could be 5 miles or 100 miles. Has anyone had this issue and what was the cause/fix? Thanks!!

Many here had similar malfunction of the HK unit, nothing you can fix unless your an electronics tech as it is an internal fault. Jim's advice is spot on, Iron Cross is the go to company.

again,iron cross audio. mine did same thing. iron cross has a warranty on their work.
