It will help get the fuel closer but not exactly right. It does not even monitor or use the AFR values based on the O2 sensor readings.
The further you move away from stock spec the worse this tuner will work. Another big disadvantage is no memory. Turn the key off and values of changes are lost and on the next fire up they must be learned again. This can take a while on a non-stock spec motor.
The 585 is a short cam and will need timing changes which this tuner will not handle.
