Does anyone know why the Harley parts and accessories catalog states that the Chizeled handlebars do not fit CVOs or bikes with the 21in Knockout wheel.  Even on the Factory47 and Paul Yaffe websites, it states that their bars which are designed for road glides, do not fit 2018 Road Glide CVOs.  It doesn't make sense!!   There is a good chance I'll be picking up the new Road Glide CVO next month and I was planning on having the dealership install the Chizeled Low bars for me.  Will this be possible??  Any thoughts???

I'm not sure why they all say that.  Saw pictures of a Gunship Gray CVO RG with factory 47 14" bars on it yesterday on face book.  Also on Road Glide .org forum there is a guy with the HD Chiseled bars on his orange CVO Road Glide.  I will be having 14" apes put on mine.

I just had Brians Harley Davidson install 10” chizzeled on my 2018 CVO Road Glide and they are great.

I had Yaffe 14" om my 12 CVO Road Glide.  Have Yaffe 14" on my current 13 CVO King.  Had Yaffe 14 on my 17 CVO Street Glide.  I find them very comfortable for 700 mile days.

I had 14" Factory 47 on my 15 CVO Road Glide ultra, because every month for five month Yaffe kept telling me next month.  Got the Factory 47 in two weeks.  First thing I noticed was they were shorter, almost 2 inches.  Next thing I noticed they were almost 2 inches wider.  The bars were also .25 inches bigger in diameter.

The Factory 47 were very comfortable and I did a couple back to back 750 days with them.  The also were well made and looked great.

I still like the Yaffe a little better.  If Yaffe were on back order, I would order Factory 47 again before I would wait for the Yaffee.

The 14" Yaffe Monkey bars should be on by the end of the week.

Well the Yaffe 14" Monkey Bars are on, and I love them.  Was able to use factory cables with re routing and did have to use wire extensions.

Control wires are the same, had to add extensions.  The Clutch and brake cable were rerouted some.  Not exactly sure on the change as SMHD did the work.

Nice job Dave. I'm a big fan of the Monkey bars. I've had them on my current bike since 2011. Will be putting them on my new bike sooner than later.

Had them on my 12 CVO RG, and my 17 CVO Street glide.  Have them on my current 13 CVO King and my 18 CVO Road Glide. 

They would have been on my 15 CVO road glide ultra but Yaffe for six months said they would be ready next month.  So I put factory 47 14" bars on.  Very good quality, like they are 1/4 thicker.  However they were about 2" shorter and 2" wider.  Very good bars but I like the Yaffe better for height and width.
