Best tuner/pipe combo for 2016 cvo pro street breakout

Just purchased one and looking to change the pipes and add a tuner. What would be the best bang for the buck combo? For the record, I have no intentions of doing anything more to the engine or air cleaner. Just want louder pipes that perform/look good/sound good and tuned for the proper air/fuel mixture.

Do the D&D with a good tuner. I have the Screaming Eagle pro tuner it definitely changed the bike but I want the Thundermax next I think
