I hope that H-d improves.........
customer service
the swingarm
the synthetic oil
the suspension
the chrome plating process

Us........

I hope that we improve.......

our communication skills
our riding skills
our personal time....
our access to technical info from H-D........
more immediate resolution to our warranty issues........

others........

a further shared awareness from others that as motorcyclists we are vulnerable and are given full rights to the roadway.......
Cages do not get any breaks in accidents with motorcyclists.........
