Which brings me to one of my favorite

Real Estate salespeople. When it's a sellers market and a chimp could close the deal, they act like Moses parting the Red Sea when they bring you an offer. When it's a buyer's market and they actually have to earn their commission, they act like there's something wrong with your house, you, your wife, your kids even your little white haired mother because they can't close a deal.

Leaches, freakin leaches every one of em.
