Hey Scat, what's the grill go to that's behind/above the HD?  It's driving me batty trying to figure it out.  Looks like mid sixties Ford/Mercury but can't figure it out for the life of me... :nixweiss:

It does to me, too Unc, but the angle in the grill is different than the Falcon (any year)....inquiring minds want to know... ;D

Have never really had the urge to own anything nice with 4 wheels
but do have a bit of a love affair with Italian 2 wheel things.

could it be from a mercury comet. had an uncle who had one, just don't remember what the grille looked like. i think they ran horizontal though.

Ron Fellows?? been a long time since i have heard that name. is he still involved in racing?

Limited on the racing, but yes.  He also does a lot of help with Michelin for Corvette Tire development.  He tests tires for them.  Helping develop a tire for a Corvette only racing program, for stock cars.  He also has a very good Professional driving school.  Chevy and Cadillac CTS-V both use his course.  They offer it for Camaro, Corvette, Z06, ZR1 and CTS-V.  They offer three levels based on your experience.  Class is  heavily discounted with the purchase of a new Corvette.

Last time there we got to watch him two nights after class testing tires on a Z06.  Was real treat to watch him drive.  Truly amazing what a 15 Z06 is capable of doing
