Did the 2000 FLTRSEI come with SE heads?

I have only see one other one in person and it had the SE heads. My bike does not have the SE heads.

No, it did not come with SE Heads. If I recall, it only came with the 95" kit, .203 cams, 030 headgaskets, ECU download, SE airfilter, and SE mufflers with shark fin caps. But I may be wrong.

Nope.  Regular TC88 heads came on the 2000 SERG.
