Had mine done about two years ago and was told to come back in 10 years for another one.    Doctor asked if he could use my pictures as examples of what a good colonoscopy should look like and I said, sure, it's not like some one's going to look at them and say "Hey, I think I recognize that a$$hole!!"  Had the doc rolling on the floor with that one.   I asked them if I could have a 6-pack of the the "joy-juice" they gave me for the procedure, to take home...that stuff was great.    The prep for the procedure is worse then the actual procedure.  Get it done people...women too, my wife had one done also, no one's immune from colon cancer.

Man, you just set up the perfect Navy joke...but since I am moving back to your neighborhood next year - I     will        refrain, in the interest of future harmony and to have someone to ride with....
