@ HogBreath : How much do you pay for this handlebar ?
And would it be possible to mount the heatdemons at this chubby1 10" miniape without reaming it out ? ( do you know which heatdemons one should order for this? )
and would you say that the 12" wild 1 would also accept the stock wires and cables or would this be too much ?

Hope this helps. I'll take some more photos whenever I have it outside in the sunlight.

Hijagger, the bars cost me $185. I really cant answer whether or not the stock cables would work on 12" bars. I just don't know. The ends of the bars are necked back down to 1" diameter like standard bars, so I'd think heat demons would work fine. Good luck

Hogsbreath; Nice ride, I had Wild1 8.5 apes on my 08 RG and thought it was a comfortable ride and may go that route on my FLTRSE3 too. My question though is about your Corbin seat, When you first showed it on this post somebody responded by saying that it was to low for their taste. Low is what I want. Is it lower than the stock seat? Does it move you back away from the tank? I am looking for a seat that moves me back and down, Thought about a Le Pera "Bare Bones" or the "Maverick Daddy Long Legs" any feed back from you or others would be appreciated.

         Thanks

The corbin has been on the RG almost as long as I've had the bike. So, hard for me to remember the stock seat. I CAN say...I love the seat. It's JUST right for me. Just a little stretch to the bars, but, I lke it like that.

@ HogBreath : Would you please post a pic , showing us when sitting on the bike and holding the bar in both hands ( like you would ride , how tall are you? ) , that would be very nice , i am fixed on this ape and need another little push to do the change .  ::)
