Check your local auto parts store.  I put the brake/turn module on my Roadglide with the smoked lenses and found 1157 replacement LEDs with a resistor built in.  No flasher problems and they look great!  Cost $17.00.

Are you saying that you  can just plug these in and they will work?

Do you know if there are amber ones?

Yep!  Plug and play.  At the base I can see a resistor in the lamp.  I was not looking for amber and so can not tell you if they were at the store, they are shown on the website though.  I am running 2057A Silverstars in the front.

I purchased smoked tail light housing and smoked lenses for tp lights and red painted bulbs (bases 3157 and 1157) from Custom Dynamics: The bulbs wer crap: the light of them can hardly be seen in daylight .

So I ask have anybody installed smoked stuff and succeed to purchase bulbs into them that can be seen also in daylight ?

If so can you tell the types of the bulbs/leds you have installed  and where you have bought them!

I bought a set of these and I think they work great!
