Just one question, how do you hold the bike up while your tightening up the front wheel clamp?

That's a place where one of the Condor or other lifting wheel chocks is really handy.  Ride it on and forget it.  I still hop off and pull a strap on each side.  Though it might be an abundance of caution.  But putting a bike on the lift is so simple even a Honda rider could do it.

How tall is the lift from the finished floor after the recess job?

Trying to compare it to my Hanby.
