Got the No-Mar Classic...works fine....a lot is technique, especially with the bigger tires (like the 200mm wide rear on my Kaw).  HD tires are easy in comparison.

Haven't used the No-Mar beastie here for anything as wide as your 200.  Did take off a Dunlop and put on a Michelin Commander the last time I used it.  Was surprised how much difference there was in the two tires.  While not, in and of itself, a difficult tire to work with the Commander was still a lot stiffer to work with than the Dunlop.

One "trick" with a stiff tire is to heat it up, either lay it in the sun or use a torpedo heater (just not too close!).  Makes a diff...plus work that opposite side into the drop center.  I use No-Mars "Gold Wing" tire technique and it works well (wood blocks and tire irons).
