Hey Everyone,

I thought that I was definitely sold on Paul Yaffe's Monkey Bars but after doing much research, I am hearing quite a bit bad about the quality of his bars (i.e. Insides cutting the wires from sharp edges inside, pitting chrome, etc.). I was wondering if any of you have any experience with either one of these? I like the look of both bars, but don't want to have troubles down the road with wires shorting inside a bar. Thanks for any help you can give.

I like the yaffe bars but customer service is horrible. Took them 2 weeks to call me back I will never buy anything from his shop. Do a search on here another guy got a set of bars from his shop that were messed up and circled with a sharpi and were shipped to him like that and then they said it would b 4 to 6 weeks to get a new set. I would go with the other bars if I were u

I like Wild Ones also. Great customer service and they offer some great looking bars. They have a fantastic chrome finish. I have bought 2 from them. Ship same day also.

Yaffe bars here, no issues. On for over a year.

The style of the bar might damage the wires if you pull the wires. You need to use a push/pull method. Pulling alone won't work.

I installed the PY bars last year. The arent many adjectives to explain the wire pull but you can bet you'll use all the bad ones. It is absolute he!! on the wires.

If you are putting them on a Road Glide.....there is only 1 choice for looks and quality IMO....Wild 1 Apehangerz.....

I love my 10" Yaffes on my RG. Had an Indy shop install but yeah, wirings a bitch. Just like everyone says, I wish I went 12", but the 10s look good and are comfortable pulled back a bit.
