Sumax coated cylinders are an almost dead-balls color match.

Yep.
Headwork, cams, a t/body and a good pipe.
Take it out on the tarmac, and let it eat. :2vrolijk_21:

Can headwork on a 110 be done without fear of crank problems?

Will cylinder head port work, harm the crank?
No.
The root issue, is lack of correct interference fit, at the point of manufacture/assembly.

hi Scott could you clarify that for me, exactly what interference fit are you talking about?  In the heads or the crank.  Thanks in advance.
