Who'd you use?  I'm considering this or new headers.  haven't decided yet.

With the cat out do you get any at all pop or crack out of it I was thinking about doing the same thing but was also going to ceramic coat the pipe and leave every thing else stock [air cleaner & mufflers.

If it's tuned correctly there should be no to very little decel popping. If it was still stock tune wise with this setup, lots of backfire decel pop.
I'm not sure the ceramic coating buys you anything with the decatted stock header but hey, what do I know. I ain't never done the ceramic deal... ;D

D&D Fat Cat with a falsie, Fueling lifters, Zippers tensioners, TW-7H cams, got rid of the slipper clutch, K&N filter. Got me just about 106hp and 118 TQ. I'm a happy camper (for now  :D ) She's pretty loud now, but I like it.

Cheers  :drink:

Apparently the "what I did to it today" entry is screwed up the transmission.  Probably the shift drum....  Nartz.

Didn't think of that Van but we did.  Wonder if I jinxed something?

Don't think it's too bad though.  Haven't pulled the top cover yet but suspect I've done something to the shift pawl or perhaps a problem in the drum.  Upshifts are fine.  Down from 5 to 4 and from 4-3 are fine too.  3-2 ok sometimes.  2-1 less often.  When it doesn't shift down it stays in the higher gear but the shift pedal feels the same as it does on a false neutral; all the way to the floor and nothing happens.

Was a little hairy first time it did it though.  I was playing on some country roads a bit and really needed to down shift

That's ok, that's what the Travel Gods invented back brakes for....

Oh yeah, it's the Road King not the Road Glide.  SERG has a six speed in it.

2013 is a six...

True.  But the Road King is perfect (sort of).

Cleaned it back up from Maggie Valley today!  Wet roads on Friday's ride and 900 miles of bugs. Yuck!  :P
