Still troubleshooting. Bike is losing spark on the rear cylinder. He tried all the obvious stuff thinking it might be in the harness. Not looking good.

I rented a car and left it there. Bent exhaust valve in rear cylinder. I'll explain later. All warranty work. On the road now!

My 2009 SEUC at 19,989 miles, front cylinder exhaust valve guide slipped down toward the piston.
Exhaust valve held open. Intake valve bent. Probably same issue on Jesse's bike. (different valves, same issue)

Warranty covered mine also.

Sorry to read this, Jesse. Will be interesting to read how that valve got bent.

Sorry for your trouble. Thought they fixed the valve guides from slipping down. The '07 110 'fix' was supposed to correct that problem. Guess not.

Just talked to Jesse on the phone....glad to hear he was on his way home to his bride.

I was surprised to hear the details about his troubles, but he and I both noticed the good that's come from it all - meeting some great people and a good dealership, and avoiding the really bad weather that's bearing down on the midwest right now while riding a motorcycle.

I'll let him share the details of the valve issues...I'll just say good thing he was covered by his warranty still.  If that had happened to me, it'd be time for a new S&S 124" since my warranty is looooong gone.

I'm glad you were helped by a fellow rider and were able to safely get the bike to the shop and hopefully all goes well with the repairs.
