Victoria (BC) Ride

Just want to say thanks to CVOMoe and StarBuck for an outstanding ride today.  Though it was a little cool (44), we had a great ride and some great food.  Had to wash the crap out of my bike for an hour or so...well worth it.

One of the world's truly grand hotels. It's had a $45 million restoration and all the grandeur and elegance of a bygone era have returned to The Fairmont Empress.  We used to go to High Tea there.

Victoria is only 68 miles from Nanaimo, my birthplace.  It is a fantastic city.   [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

We forgot our cameras yesterday so I went back out today as the sun was shining.  First photo is in front of the Empress hotel.

Yes indeed it was a great ride.  Our motto is Ride to Eat and Eat to Ride.  We never deviate much from that.  Nice photos you guys and yes it is definately one of the nicest Cities in the world and I am honoured that I can live here and call it home.  HarleyB103 were out today for another little scoot.  Had to stop for the coffee and donut though.
