Did anyone get a kickstand puck and a detail cloth along with the rest of the goodies with their CVO Limited?

Did anyone get a kickstand puck and a detail cloth along with the rest of the goodies with their CVO Limited?

Everyone is supposed to get those items plus a lot more.  What exactly did you get with yours?

I had to get dealer to get the puck, detailing cloth and the rain sock for the air cleaner as they weren't with the bike. Didn't think too much of it since they did a dealer trade to get mine.

As for what you should get, the list from the owner's manual is:

I got everthing except those two items? The dealer is looking into it. Does the puck and cloth say CVO on them?

the puck i got was the big round orange one.  the detailing cloth was the grey microfiber.  both say 'harley davidson' on them.  this was with a 2013 cvo rg

I just got a 15 SE Limited and everything listed was there EXCEPT the puck and detailing cloth.  They were not on the inventory sheets with the stuff, but are listed in the owners manual.  The salesman said that I got everything that came with the bike.  So, he went to the sales floor and took a puck from under another bike for me. Oops to the cloth???

Don't know about that one. They just pulled mine off the shelf so I got the standard black puck and gray cloth

Sounds like their not being put with the bike from HD. I wonder if they should have the CVO emblem on them since a lot of the other goodies do.

Same here. I got everything but the Puck n Cloth with the bike. However my dealer took those items from parts to make it right

Seems to be a common problem even here in Australia. Got everything but the puck and cloth but when I pointed it out to the dealer he also made good the missing items.

Since it seems to be a common problem to have the kit with the puck and cloth missing, perhaps one of those involved would like to call H-D and inquire?  For all we know the MoCo may have arranged for the dealers to stock those kits and add them to all new bikes, rather than have them shipped with each bike from the assembly plant.  I know we did that in the auto industry for items that went with every vehicle.  The dealer got them for free but had to monitor and maintain the inventory.

The dealer has ours on order. I'm guessing their CVO specific since they have normal HD ones on the self.

I got everything but the Puck n Cloth with the my new bike.  Didn't figure it was a big deal so I didn't pursue it.

As much as we pay for these bikes it should come with everything stated in the book. Wish it came with the flash drive instead of the fancy key.

My CVO Limited 2014 came with the flash drive (it broke within 1 month) took 6 months to get replaced. Totally useless, any 25$ flash drive will work so The key would be better i believe. I guess i got lucky i had 2 pucks and all the rags and cloths and other good juice and jazz they threw in the detailing bucket when i bought the bike.
