Title: Radio reception
Post by: spunky on November 07, 2009, 11:05:17 PM
Hello everyone fairly new to cvo, so this might have been addressed before. I have an 2009 road glide and my radio reception is terrible. Tell me what I am doing wrong if anything, I have a stock short antenna mounted near the rear fender. Thanks

Only the SEUC comes with the XM module. So you have to listen to CD, radio, or something plugged into the Aux port on the SERG radio.

Check your antenna wire-plug at the bottom of the antenna , mine was loosely as well when the bike came and the reception was very bad and i heard the turn signals buzzing through the speakers . Cleaned the male and female antenna plug because of starting little oxidation and Tightened the antenna wire and all was good .
