Actually there were a lot of bikes out today.  Since we were riding alone, didn't get pics of the bike.  Don, it's always a good time goofing with Gary!

Help! I need warm weather advice. The flowers are blooming and I think I may be getting an allergy.

Should I wear something like a handkerchief to help filter out the pollen when I'm riding.  Sniff sniff.

My neck itches at night. Should I still wear sunscreen even though it is January?
