With oil below $42 I would like to see some stability i gas prices.  Ours are up here from a low in the $1.59 range to around $2.09.

I can live with a $2 range but let's not return to $4.

The thing is that even at $42.00 a barrel it should be around $1.50 a gal. Remember that when we were paying $4.00+ a gal. Price per barrel was over $150.00.  Gas here today is $1.81 a gal on the west side of Michigan.  I think they are raising the price to help cover their losses etc...
