The voting stage has ended and counts as 20% of the final stuff not sure what all else is in the final stuff but she will let me know as soon as she hears then I will post. We all appreciate the help you provided to our family witht the voting thing I know it was a pain sometimes but you all hung in there and helped her get into the final 20. I promised the results would be posted win, lose or draw so here they are.

FIRST and FOREMOST, I want to THANK EVERYONE who VOTED (even the silent majority that helped without posting)

Secondly, I want to let you all know that I completely agree that if it was meant to be it will happen and when one door shuts another one opens.  As much as I would have loved the 'built in' audience of blogging for the Sam-E product at this exact point in my life - it just wasn't meant to be.  The person who was chosen as the Good Mood Blogger did a fantastic job during the competition and has been building an online presence for years.

To show just how established she is: She has representation (agent) for her freelance writing/blogging.

I will continue to pursue my goal and with hard work and dedication eventually it will pay off.  As an example: when I was on the plane traveling to Oklahoma (thanks dad for driving to Dallas to get me and the kids and for picking up our luggage and for helping to get us rerouted); the gentlemen beside us on the plane asked about my hometown and we got to talking about a few of the many GREAT experiences I had growing up - at the end of the conversation he told me I should write a Children's book about some of my life experiences.  As we were deplaning; a second gentleman (from the row in front of us) turned around and agreed with the first person about writing a book and about how lucky I was to grow up where I did and to have the experiences I had growing up - Thanks dad!

Sorry for the delay in posting this but it was an interesting plane ride to Oklahoma and this is the first chance I have had to sit down and updatehing everyone!
