I don't but here is an odd one for you; while on a ride last year from Memphis to Birmingham with a group of friends we stopped at a dealership in a small town in Alabama. While looking at the bikes in the showroom I spotted a early 90's black springer, went over to look at it and told my friends to take a look, it was very similar to my 92 springer. Anyway wrote the serial number down, when I got home I checked my old files and bingo, it was my springer. I would love to know where it had been over the 12 years since I sold it.
Here is the picture I took in the showroom. It had quite a few changes but was as clean as when I sold it in 1995.

You are da man!
My first Harley was a 73 XLH also.
Found out the hard way that the 73's had three different cylinders.
But when it ran it ran good!
Sold it to a bunch of Yankees from New York!

Maroon Sporty 883, I out grew it in a month! My Dad got it for me to learn how to ride and I sold it before the summer was over and had the Duece when it first came out in the signature blue and grey color scheme.  I cant thank him enough for getting me into it! ;D

I still have mine. The 84 Low Glide. She's closest one in the photo.
Sold the custom Deuce.
Still have the Fat Boy.
Traded the 07 Street Glide in for my 08 SERK. Couldn't get use to the fairing

The 07 RK Custom is my ex-girlfriends.

Figures I get all set up with a solo seat and have to start over with new BSR.

Mine was an '03 Silver/Black Anniversary Road King Classic.  I might still have it, but I stopped at a red light in November of '03 and the guy behind me didn't.  It totalled the bike.  I took the proceeds from the insurance company and bought an '04 Smokey Gold Ultra Classic.

TomPen, it is beaut!
Thanks MIKER.
I got it from my Dad in the early 90s when he couldn't ride it any more. I was riding metric cruisers till then. I gave him my 750 Honda and he was able to ride that for a few more years. Less than 1/2 the weight. He passed away 2 years ago. My son will have the FLH some day.

1970 summer, I was 19 at the time. bought a 1970 XLH blue with factory installed XLCH tank. Under 21 so I had my MOM sign the paper work.

Cost out the door was $1852.00

And the best part is I never sold it.

I restored it last winter, looks just like the day I bought it. rode it about 30 miles after I restored it and now it is just cover up...........

I made it a 77 C-I stroker motor in 71 trying to run with the 4-cly jap bikes! The motor today is still the 77 C-I.

I was going to this year but I could not go to it so I might do it next year.

I dont know how they will look at the motor as it is the 77 C-I. But unless you know what to look for you would not know.

Also it would not run good with the old carb on it. I could not get fuel to it due to the motor. So I have a bendex on it with the adjustable main so I could get fuel to it.

the gas tank over flow hose use to go to the top of the carb but with this carb their is no place to run the hose to so I ran it from the gas tank down the front frame leg under the front motor mount and to the ground.

So my big loss in points would be the carb ( I would get 0 ? ) and what ever they would do on the motor.

But It would be fun to go and see what would happen.......

I might take it to Harleys 105th and put it in the Hog show and see what happens but a 70 might not do much, the winners are allways 1920 or 1930 bikes

Nice, I love the skinny sporty's...Yea, they would tag you for the carb a few points.  You start at 100 points and work back.  There are differnet classes for different years.

It is great to have someone rip your bike...good for the ego and you get a list of exactly is expected to achieve the winners circle designation, once it gets that it is over no more judgement.

I came close with my Oldster but it is too much fun to ride, so it's condition will not warrant 95+ points, the magic number... We got 92 1/2.

Best of luck, they are a hoot...

Cushman.........

It is a 63, first "bike" that I had. Bought in 65 has about 7500 miles on it. If the belt is good and tite it would just make 60 mph!

Has not run for 25 years, sits in the back of the shop and needs to be restored. I was going to do that last winter but bought the 08 FLHX and made a custom out of it last winter.

don't have any pic of it.

Is all orginal and still all their, just take apart, clean, paint and done.

Might have to do it this winter if nothing eles comes up......

Nerd.......no way!

Most all of us "older guys" had them to learn on. They are a great ride kind of a small verson of a old Harley less the bags!

A Black 1971 XLH Sportser,,, Was a H.S. graduation present. Rode that sucker for 7 years. Half assed turned it into a dirt bike and tore the hell out of it, and me too...or at least my knee which haunts me to this day.
