I was wondering if anyone owns this bike with a 103. Found one for sale but didn’t know that motor was an option. Any major concerns to look for prior to making an offer? Thanks

103 wasn't the engine for an 01 SE Road Glide.  2000 and 2001 CVO Road Glides and the 2002 CVO Road King all came with 95s.  First CVO bike with the 103 was the 2003 Road King.  There also was no "option" here.  Harley supplied the bike one-size-fits-all.  Anything other than the standard delivery choices were customer changes at time of purchase or sometime thereafter.

So this bike has this badge on the fuel tank. So they could’ve had harley put in at purchase or later on? And another thing, if the speedometer/odometer reads “certified Harley Davidson”, does that mean it was replaced? So it may not be the correct mileage?

Here’s pic of speedo

That badge was an accessory that could be purchased by anyone... I have one on my air cleaner and matching horn cover. The badge in itself does not mean there is a 103ci motor on the bike. Regarding the speedo "certification" I believe that is in reference to the accuracy of the speedometer itself.
