Title: COLOR-MATCHED ROAD GLIDE HEADLAMP TRIM Pictures?
Post by: Phreakyz on March 05, 2019, 02:43:08 PM: I am considering adding this to my bike but I am on the fence because I am not really sure how it will look. Has anyone added this that could post some good pics?

I got one for mako also mine appears to be solid gloss black no blue sparkles is this correct my bikes not here till next month

That doesn't sound correct to me but I have never seen one in person. Better double check the part number you received.

I did end up ordering one and I will be honest, at first it seemed odd because I was used to the plain black trim but it quickly grew on me and I have already had other Road Glide Owners tell me how much they like it. They just assume it's part of the CVO Package... I think it really cleans up that plain "Blah" area...

Wow the chrome looks good as well! Really pops with the Chrome Windshield trim you added and the Front Forks and Air Cleaner!

It's Harley P&A and is a 2-part system consisting of side trim and center trim.

I looked into the CD trim but if you study the 2pc HD trim the side pieces, there is a relief on the side trim such that the center piece can mount on top of it.

So when mounted, the side pieces extend out and are beveled to fit underneath the center trim.
