Doc, use must be somewhere warm to try it. Lucky you! Iowa is cold and snowy, seems like forever for riding weather. Did'nt you order a 14"? I have to be able to see over the windshield. Nothing worse than having the top of the windshield right at eye level.

Doc, PLEASE post pics ASAP.  Did you get the one with the rounded top like the KW or the one with the Flat-wider top?

Do you think it will do any better than the KW as far as wind buffeting in the ears?
It doesn't look a whole lot different than the KW. Both look better than just a regular
windshield in my opinion.

I'm wondering if you can reuse the stock gasket? That would be the best look! Why does'nt harley come out with a direct replacement contoured windshield?

I use black rubber door trim on all my windshields. It looks good, and is easy to put on.

I'm guessing the black door trim does'nt hook on the windshield, its behind it to make it water tight.

I'm out of town working for the week. But, basically, it's just standard U shaped small black trim. It goes on the bottom of the windshield, Just like the OE trim does, only it has a glue in the bottom of the U to hold it on. I'll try to remember to take pictures next week when I get home.
