Title: Engine dies when I engage the clutch.

Need a little help. I have a ‘15 FLTRUSE.  The other day I’m rolling up to a stop sign and pull in the clutch lever to downshift. The engine then just shuts off.

Pressed the start button and she fired right up. Took it to the dealer and talked to two mechanics. They had never heard of it before. They tried to duplicate, but could not.

Any ideas?

What mods have been done to the engine? Intake leak is a possibility.....

I had to have the switches replaced do to the bike would not start while in gear clutch lever pulled. Warranty item do to high failures.
May be the switch is going open circuit while pulling the lever.

I had the 117 bolt on kit installed.

Definitely check for mechanical issue like an intake leak, but also Very likely a tune issue.
