Off topic but when this kind of chit happens, it seems that someone working for the shipping company would almost always be responsible. Yes/no? Wouldn't it be reasonably easy to track down the thief?

It looks like a USPS box? In my late teens, early 20s I worked at the Post Office for 3-4 years, I was always very impressed at the (internal) security, maybe it's not that way anymore :nixweiss:

That's the difference between a government-run program and private enterprise!  Received the item today via UPS overnight mail.    :2vrolijk_21: 

Happy with additional rear lighting and flashing brake lights.   May need to balance the three lights better...

Glad you like the additional rear lighting and the flashing.  I had to balance mine to get the light brightness closer to the same.  If I remember right it was pretty easy.

Greg and Dave, which CD part number is the right RTB for our canbus bikes? I see modules at dealers but the numbers on them do not match what I see on the CD site.

When I bought the module it was very newly released and was called GEN SMARTTPUBCM.

I am sure it's what Greg purchased, as its been out now for a long time, it came out in Aug and I got it in sept.

I have MAGIC-STROBES-LTP for the tour pac.  It only stobes the brake lights on it, and lets it match what you do with the lower fender lights.  Again Custom Dynamics

The PU number on Greg's label is the Drag Specialties catalog number but I know he said he got it elsewhere with his doll. :)  Custom Dynamics still calls it the GEN-SMARTTPUBCM.  At least I have both numbers now and can tell if what the dealers are carrying is the correct module.  Most of the dealers around middle TN have started stocking all the CD turn signal and brake led's and modules.  If they do not have the unit in stock I'll request they order from Drag Specialties as I get a discount on orders same as in stock parts with the new bike.

Enjoying the RGU.  Almost broken-in with 400 miles.  Should get several hundered this weekend as weather is going to be nice.  Can't wait to try the 14" Freedom Shield when I get it.  Should be in the next week.  I went with Freedom instead of the KW as the Pro Touring is an inch taller and was afraid it would be too much in my sight line.  If the 14" does not work I'll reconsider either the 15" Freedom or KW Pro Touring.  I'll post up photos and review when I get it.
