Question about my radio

On my 16 cvo rg ultra.... I recently replaced my battery. I noticed that I can't scroll through the options with the left joy stick.  I can usually choose from xm.,am,fm,weather, or usb from there.  Now it stops at favorites. I was just thinking if the radio needs to be reset or something like that. Thanks in advance. Stuart.
