Holy crap!  An Electra Glide has more lean angle than he was giving the sportbike.  Apparently, he wasn't looking through the turn, either! :o

Looks like he was dragging his boot for add'l. stopping just before he rear-ended the bicycle.....why else would his foot be off of the peg?  very strange, unless a novice rider.  spyder

Novice / idiot / stu**d driver!   :soapbox:    This was on Mulholland Highway in Southern California.  The photographers are there all the time and often catch accidents.  This guy apparently sees then fixates on the bicyclists and rides into them.   Remember, look where you want to go!   Pure luck no one was badly hurt.

Unreal, I don't believe thinking was involved.  The motorcycle rider must have been fixated and paralyzed to take action..who knows? Could have been much worse..

I'd bet the guy on the bicycle is sleeping with his wife.

;D   I think your comment gets my vote.  Otherwise we have to assume that this idiot was a newbie who just bought the bike and gear and decided to head out to Mulholland Drive to be cool.  It's a good thing he bought the helmet; notice after he collects the bicycle rider that he falls on his shoulder and head.

I don't see any license on the bicyclist's butt.  The biker was simply taking them out.  Like they should be taken out!  I do it everyday!  Really, the guy was boinkin' the biker's lady, like prevously stated!   :bananarock:

Jus' Kiddin', hopefully obviously.     But, I do HATE cyclists!!  Want the road.  Follow NO RULES of it.

Watch Tail of the Dragon crashes.  The feet ALWAYS drop.  Unreal!

Really lousy rider in the vid.

I tell my kids all the time don't assume that some one sees you on your bike pull into a drive way or just go down in the ditch and let them go by.  I live out in country and we don't see many cars or bikes but don't assume anything.  I didn't  even see the forks dive down hard on that bike.  What was he thinking is a good question.  All I can say is wow and I bet the person with the camera had to change their drawers just shooting that shot.  Unbelievable!

I'm thinking he saw the chick with the camera in the last few seconds of the video, and lost his focus. It's happened to the best of us. Nice pants on that one.

Very well known corner in these parts. Cameras and Videos set up every day, and some just have to try and impress. I won't do it, that is why I look so serious in this shot, looking at where I want to go, not the camera. Same corner:

 :nixweiss:

He wasn't X2.

Isn't this the same spot where the guy on the white Harley wrecked?  It was a video posted on the site a few months ago, I believe?  Sure looks like it.... :nixweiss:

Scooter rider is hosed.  Video, pictures and eye witnesses should do that motorcyclist in for quite a while (and should).  No reason for something like this happening if he's riding as he should have been.

Either way, the motorcyclist is fuuuked. When the Sheriff's office and the DA gets done with him......he'll be the one riding a bicycle!!  :toilet:

I think you're right!  I KNEW I'd seen that turn before.  The white bike rider is the one who pops up like nothing happened.  Unreal!

Mulholland Hwy is 50 miles long, most of it great for riding, some through neighborhoods. The "Snake" is on a section about 3 miles west of "The Famous Rock Store". This map is the small section.
