Title: Dyna Tour Pak
Post by: Buffy on July 20, 2007, 03:58:39 PM
OK, OK.....  I know that this might not be every one's cup of tea, but I like it! The older I get, the more things I want (need) to carry with me to make the ride cooler/warmer/softer/trouble-free/safer (pick one). I had been toying with buying an H-D Tour pak and mount it to my luggage rack, but the dealer wanted $600+ for it!!  EEK!

I went to e-bay, typed in Harley Tour Pak, and this was one of the hits.  Although it is NOT an H-D unit, but a cheaper knock off, I only paid $89.00 for it (plus shipping = $114.00) and get this.......  It was already painted Scarlett Red, the same color of my scooter!  What a deal!!!!

All I have to do is get the backrest covered in the same color as my seat and it's done!

Now I'm ready for you comments......  About the Tour Pak, not me! HA!

The thing about bags on bikes whatever anybody says about them, they allow you to use your bike more!

More = Better, period!

Believe it or not, I just got it back from the Auto Trim place when you were typing your note.  Here it is in BROWN....

It is a Corbin Dual Tourer, and yes it has a drivers backrest  The first few days, I hated my Corbin (very stiff) but after about 500 miles in the saddle, my butt cheeks formed it in and now I love my Corbin!  I can ride all day with no butt burn!
