New to this , have a 2009 fatbob cvo , it has a terrible squeal on acceleration, if had a fan belt I would think it loose, anyone else experienced this ?

Lot's of possibilities, but I think I'd start by checking the belt and the exhaust system. An exhaust leak can sound like a squeal or chirp, and of course the rear belt can do the same. See if it will squeal just revving the engine sitting still; if it does that pretty much eliminates the belt.

checked the primary drive shaft bearing, first thing the mechanic suggested, went over everything making sure it was tight, thought a small stone may have got in there, will have a look at the exhaust , it does sound like it is from the left side though, doesnt happen when stationary but can get the same sort of load as you do when riding, thanks for the responses

I had the same thing at certain RPM ranges after the tire was replaced. Turned out to be the belt being a bi loose
